Certify Contents of Safe Deposit Box
A certificate stating the name of the on file, the date the box was opened, and a list of its contents will be completed. The certificate will be included in the package that will be sent to the owner of the contents, and a copy of the certificate will be sent by certified mail to the last known address of the owner of the contents.

Please Note: There is a 3 day waiting period in Florida after you have applied for your certificate unless you have completed the Florida pre-marital course, in which case the waiting period is waived. Your certificate is only valid or 60 days. Notary will take your certificate to the clerk of courts for you within 10 business days of the completion of the ceremony.
Attest the Accuracy of a Photocopy
Provide authentication that the copy provided has not been altered in any way and has been signed in front of the notary.

Power of Attorney
For this document to be operative in the state of Florida the principal as well as 2 witnesses must be present to sign. In the event that the principal is unable to sign the notary can sign the principal's name.
