Confidentiality Policy
Confidentiality is the preservation of privileged information. At JSmith Mobile Notary Services I recognize that the protection of your privacy is important to you and it is for me as well. By necessity, personal and private information is disclosed during the notarization process. Therefore, the information gained during the notarization process will be kept confidential in terms of the law in the state of Florida, and disclosure to anyone that is not apart of the transaction will violate this agreement.
If you need information pertaining to your notarization or wish to have your information shared with a third party, you will have to provide signed written consent for that information to be provided.
If information is needed in any legal manner you will be notified of the request for information. You will be advised of who has made the request, what has been requested, and what will be provided.
A copy of this policy must be signed by the signer and the notary before any notarial act is completed.
The signer can receive a signed copy upon request.
